We hope it will never come to this, but we understand sometimes you just have to say goodbye. You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, minus the return shipping costs. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Returned items must include a receipt, original tags attached, and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. We will refund your original method of payment, if these conditions are met.
Items that do not meet these criteria for a refund may be able to be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Email us at email@example.com if you have any trouble with your purchase. Include the order number contained in your order confirmation email in your note. We will respond promptly (typically within 24 hours).
Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
